Golfkamari runs three premium indoor simulator venues across Finland, unmanned and flexible, built for both training and social rounds. Cold drinks, sofas and streaming make them a quality-first place for small groups and solo players. For co-founder Robert Kivirinta what started as a side project scaled fast.
The challenge
The previous booking system was built for general scheduling, not golf. There was no way to add discount codes or package deals, no statistics, and no view of hours booked or cash flow over time. Planning for growth meant hoping the assumptions were right, which is risky when you intend to expand.
The solution
Sweetspot replaced guesswork with data. Statistics became a weekly routine rather than a quarterly exercise. The heat map identified the busiest hours, and Saturdays turned out to be fully booked every week, which meant the price could rise. Bookings went up anyway, confirming both demand and pricing power. At the bank the conversation changed from what the team believes to what the numbers show.
The results
Prices now follow demand during peak hours, the platform handles bookings and cash flow as the operational backbone, and the expansion case rests on actual usage and revenue rather than assumptions.
What it adds up to
Golfkamari shows what happens when a modern golf business pairs smart operations with smart software: a side project grown into a scalable simulator network, powered by data and driven by insight.

“We anticipate at least 100% growth, expanding from three locations to six or more this season. Sweetspot has been essential in this journey.”
