Not built for the sport: “The old system wasn’t really made for golf simulators. There was no way to add discount codes or package deals.”
No visibility into performance: “There was no statistics, no visibility into hours booked or cash flow over time.”
Hard to plan for growth: “We were just hoping our assumptions were right. That’s risky when you’re planning to grow.”
