Set in the forested highlands of southern Sweden, Nässjö Golf Club is a classic, member-owned parkland course with around 1,100 members and a strong community focus. Sweetspot was first introduced in 2019, but it wasn’t until General Manager Patrik Thulin joined in 2024 that the club made it their core platform – replacing fragmented systems with a single solution for bookings, payments, and revenue growth.
Founded in 1878 and set against Scotland’s rugged east coast, Arbroath Golf Links is a classic championship links course shaped by legends like Old Tom Morris and James Braid.
When Director of Golf Craig Knowles saw their legacy system holding them back, he led the push to modernize with Sweetspot.

Challenge: Balance member access with commercial growth
Challenge: Balance member access with commercial growth
Nässjö Golf Club wanted to ensure fair access to prime tee times for members – without missing out on the full value of visiting golfers. Like many clubs, they also needed to modernise fragmented systems and reduce administration as costs and complexity increased.
“Our goal wasn’t to become a high-volume green fee club. It was to create real value for our members – and get paid properly when demand is high.”
Patrik Thulin, General Manager, Nässjö GK

Solution: One platform for all operations – and smarter pricing
Sweetspot became the club’s business platform – not just for tee time management, but also for membership payments, shop transactions, range operations and guest pricing. By consolidating previously separate systems, Nässjö GK simplified operations without increasing costs.
Memberships now range from seasonal pay-as-you-go options to full annual play.
Sweetspot powers everything from Toptracer to shop checkout to range ball automation.
The team uses real-time data to guide pricing, bookings and player engagement.
“We used to run multiple systems. Now we have one platform that does it all – and that saves us time, especially during peak season.”
